My Story

Introducing AEB Strategic Talent: HR Consulting & Recruting Solutions

After 5 years at Ernst&Young as an HR Generalist, Amy Biediger joined Collins Reisenbichler Architects (CRA) in Dallas, Texas, as Talent Director, Becoming the firm's 56th employee. CRA, a leading healthcare architecture and interior design firm, would soon undergo a strategic transformation-joining forces with Perkins&Will through a partial acquisition. This merger the Dallas office as the 5th location for the global deign firm and set the stage for rapid expansion and diversification.

As the firm evolved from healthcare into new markets-including Corporate, Commercial/Civic, Science & Tech, Higher Education, K-12, and Branding-Amy played a pivotal role in building its people infrastructure across multiple cities: Dallas Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, and Monterrey, Mexico. 

Over the next two decades, Amy led recruiting and placement efforts that helped grow the team to over 500 employees. She owned critical HR functions such as talent acquisitions, compensations, benefits, policy development, culture building, and organizationla change-gaining deep insight into how small and large firms operate, compete, and thrive.

Today, Amy is channeling over 23 years of experience in the Design World into AEB Strategic Talent, offering fractional HR recruiting services to growing firms who may not yet have a dedicated HR leader-but need one.
